Welcome To Our Farm

We got started with 100 acres of raw land and a few sport horses, namely Knabstruppers and Irish Draughts. We have always had a fondness for unique or rare breed animals, starting with the horses.

It came as no surprise when we decided to add rabbits that we got Flemish Giants. What makes them unique? Their size and temperament.

Then we added a few Nubians, because we grew up with and love the darling goats dearly. 

We added a LGD (Livestock Guardian Dog) to protect the goats. A Pyrenees female. Then 2 puppies related to her.

Then we added chickens, selecting for size, temperament, winter hardiness, and laying abilities.

Then Muscovy ducks as guardians.

Then geese as an extra layer of protection....

You see where this is going. At some point our population exploded and we started offering some of our stock for sale to other like minded people. Pretty soon we had wait lists for rabbits, eggs, goats, and dogs.
